Our activated open space was designed to be constructed in any city or town, however, as we are from regional Western Australia, our city is far from Greater Sydney. The data sources we used assisted us to understand the sizes of the parks and distances between these.
In our plan we incorporated community gardens as we found the zoning on the Public spaces data set (data set 3) was a high density living.
DATA SET 1
Greater Sydney Green Grid
The Greater Sydney Green Grid connects communities to the landscape. It is a long-term vision for a network of high-quality green areas.

DATA SET 2
Metropolis of three cities
This plan is structured around the strategies for infrastructure and collaboration, liveability, productivity, sustainability and implementation across greater Sydney.
