Event Information

GovHack is an annual Open Data competition held across Australia. In 2022 it will be held on the weekend of 19th - 21st August. In 46 hours teams create a project page, proof of concept and a video that tells the story of how government data can be reused.

Venue

The registration desk is located on the ground floor in the High St Mall entrance opposite St John Anglican Church and next to the Town Hall. The registration desk opens at 5 pm.

The opening ceremony will be held in the council chamber on the first floor at 6 pm on Friday and continue to 7 pm when the competition formally commences and competition challenges will open. The only entry to the first floor will be by way of the lift next to the registration desk.
